How do you charge? +
It depends on scope. Sometimes a fixed-fee audit, sometimes a monthly retainer, sometimes a one-off project. We'll work out which fits on the intro call, once I understand where you are.
How fast can we start? +
A 15 minute call first. An audit can start within a week. Retainer onboarding usually takes 7 to 10 days.
Why you instead of an agency? +
You get me, not a pod. Faster loops, senior hands actually in the account, far less overhead. When a project needs design or video production I bring in specialists rather than pretending I do everything.
What if the numbers say stop? +
I'll tell you. Pausing or cutting spend is part of the job. I've taken accounts down as often as I've scaled them, when that's what the data called for.
Who owns the work? +
You do. The dashboards, tracking plans, playbooks and creative briefs are yours to keep and run after we finish.
Do you work with teams outside India? +
Yes. Most of my work has been on US and EU campaigns. I'm used to working across time zones and async.
