  1. Data clarity
  2. Signal confidence
  3. Smarter spend
  4. Creative testing
  5. Compounding growth

The budget keeps growing. The clarity doesn't.

Spending more rarely fixes that. Trusting your numbers does.

Step 01

Diagnose the measurement

Before a rupee of budget moves, I make every number in your stack agree with every other number.

What happens One to two weeks inside your data. I check every place a number gets created or passed along: the SDK, the MMP, each ad platform, the warehouse, the dashboards.
Method Event by event parity checks. MMP to channel reconciliation. Purchase de-duplication. Rebuilding the metric definitions that don't hold up.
You end up with A short written diagnosis. What's broken, what it's costing you, the fixes ranked by impact, and the fixes actually done.
See a real example
On one subscription account the MMP and the ad platform disagreed on spend by 6x. It turned out to be three things at once: a reporting bug, a value vs value_2 mismatch in the SDK, and purchase events firing twice. All fixed inside a day, before more budget went to the wrong place.

Step 02

Reallocate the spend

Once the numbers hold up, budget moves off what's quietly losing money and onto what actually converts.

What happens I read cohort, geo and placement performance, then rebuild the account so spend follows real returns instead of whatever last click happens to flatter.
Method Cohort and geo analysis. Test, Legacy and Creative Test campaign structure. Audience and geo exclusions. Scale and pause calls on a set weekly rhythm.
You end up with A restructured account, a weekly reallocation habit, and a lower cost per outcome. Usually visible inside the first month.
See a real example
At one publisher I moved spend off underperforming geos and cohorts and split the account into Test, Legacy and Creative Test. Cost per purchase dropped 43% and funnel ROAS rose 30%. When the numbers said stop, I took a $14K a day account back to $4K a day to stabilise it before scaling again.

Step 03

Turn the winner into a playbook

A result you can't repeat is luck. When something works I write down why, so your team can run it without me.

What happens I isolate the variables that actually drove the win and turn them into a named creative formula with a testing loop around it.
Method Hook and format testing across UGC, AIGC and static. Demographic segmentation. Variable isolation. Then writing the winner up as a brief anyone on the team can pick up.
You end up with A creative playbook and a testing system that keeps producing winners after I'm gone.
See a real example
A real-money skill gaming app had no working creative and no baseline to work from. After twenty-odd batches I codified the winner: UGC, gameplay first, an anti-scam hook, a small believable win, and payment proof. Cost per purchase improved 57% and install to purchase went from roughly 18% to over 33%.
